* Age between 25-28 years old

* Work experience : 0-1 year

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Chemistry Engineering

* Minimal GPA 3.00

* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill

* Fast learner, strong leadership and managerial skill

* Proactive, ambitious, and target oriented

* Computer literacy: Ms Office, Excel and Power Point
